Refund Policy

At NewSmartFinds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist with refunds and returns.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  3. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used personal care products

  • Digital products or downloads

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition, missing parts, or returned outside the eligibility window.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@newsmartfinds.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and your order details for quick resolution.
