Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Product: If your order was not delivered due to the carrier’s fault or other external factors.
Damaged or Non-Functional Product: If you received a product that is damaged or non-functional and cannot be replaced.
Incorrect Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Change of Mind: Refund requests due to a change of mind are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require approval from our team. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. Please clearly explain your reason for the request when submitting your application.
Refund Process

The reason for the refund request.
Any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos of the product).
Request Evaluation: Our team will review your request and contact you with confirmation or further instructions.
Return the Product: If the return of the product is required, we will provide you with shipping instructions. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our fault.
Refund Completion: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving the product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our fault or the supplier’s.
Retain the shipping receipt until we confirm receipt of the returned product.
