Refunds

The product was returned within the 15-day timeframe from the date of receipt, meeting all return conditions (original condition, perfect packaging, proof of purchase).
The product was delivered damaged or non-functional and cannot be replaced by the supplier.
The order was never delivered due to the carrier’s fault or other external factors.
Note: Refunds cover only the cost of the product. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our fault or the supplier’s.
